A first time recording for the Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel of the “new world symphony” with the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra (SWR). Held to celebrate pope Benedict 16th, the pope helped in selecting this piece to be played.

New World Symphony, was composed by Antonín Dvořák in 1893, the symphony was greatly influenced by Native American melodies.
